Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@eastpetal.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Choice / Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
